Wilco Contest(s)/Giveaway(s)
Wilco Contest(s)/Giveaway(s) are announced on Wilco Farm Store social media site, in Wilco Promotional Emails, or on other Wilco marketing/promotional materials at random and do not take place every week.
No purchase necessary and purchase does not enhance your chances of winning.
Sponsor: Wilco Farmers, 200 Industrial Way, Mount Angel OR 97362.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the contest/giveaway, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest/giveaway.
Eligibility:
- All contests/giveaways are open to legal residents of California, Oregon or Washington state who are 18 years of age or older.
- Youth/Kids contests/giveaways are open to legal residents of California, Oregon or Washington who meet the age requirements of the contest/giveaway and have signed consent from their parent/guardian.
Prizes must be picked up in person at a Wilco Farm Store location (participating locations listed below) unless otherwise stated in the contest/giveaway announcement. Photo ID is required for prize redemption. Wilco employees and household family members are not eligible for Wilco sponsored contest(s)/giveaway(s). Contest(s)/giveaway(s) are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.
Any participant who attempts to enter during entry period under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits all prizes won, in Sponsor’s discretion. No mechanically reproduced or computer-generated entries permitted.
How to Enter:
Wilco Farm Store followers/customers can enter by following any specific request in the announcement/post, including, but not limited to the following examples: submitting a picture, filling out a form, participating in an art contest, or using a hashtag by the date and time stated in the post and/or landing page.
Winner(s):
Winner(s) will be selected from qualified submissions that comply with the official rules and guidelines.
- Giveaway winner(s) will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries.
- Contest winners(s) will be selected from all eligible entries based on the criteria stated on the contest entry page.
Prize(s):
Winners will win the prize stated in the contest/giveaway announcement/post.
Entry Period: The entry period will begin when the contest/giveaway announcement is live and end when stated in the contest/giveaway announcement/post.
Winner Notification: Winners will be 1) contacted by email or phone number they provided with their entry OR 2) announced on the social media site the giveaway is running on, by the day specified in the announcement/post. Winners must contact marketing@wilco.coop within 14 days of the winning announcement/notification and will receive redemption instructions.
Inappropriate Content
Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. Wilco retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the absolute and irrevocable right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any fee or other form of compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Photo/Art entries: By entering this content, You grant to Wilco the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning your photo/artwork that has been submitted from you in conjunction Wilco sponsored activities, events, or those you have legal guardianship over, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the art in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use your name in connection with any use if he/she so chooses. You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Sponsor may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
General:
By participating in the contest/giveaway, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability whatsoever for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cause of action, claim, cost or expense (including without limitation any property damage, personal injury and/or death) arising out of or in connection with the contest/giveaway, including without limitation participation in any contest/giveaway-related activity and/or possession, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of any social media site or sponsor’s websites, or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsor further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest/giveaway in the event the contest/giveaway is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, or technical failures of any kind. In the event of a dispute over the identity of the entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the primary e-mail address associated with the Facebook, Instagram, or social account used to submit the disputed entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or any other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e‐mail addresses for the domain. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST/GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
